This article is to discuss ddx of Pneumothorax, which is a very serious case .
Pneumothorax should be differentiated from the following disorders :
• Causes of acute chest pain.
• Causes of acute dyspnea.
• Differentiations between the pathological causes of pneumothorax.
• Differentiations between the aetiological causes of pneumothorax.
• DD of tension pneumothorax (chest pain + shock).
• Massive pulmonary embolism
• Extensive myocardial infarction.
• Dissecting aortic aneurysm
